Charissa Blind

Charissa is a Vancouver-based photographer focused on commercial and fashion photography, with a strong interest in photojournalism. Her work honours culture and identity, while often partnering with Indigenous artists and creatives.

 

Charissa is passionate about working with emerging businesses or individuals, to help promote their story and grow visibility. She is especially drawn to cultural projects that help to connect the past, present, and future. She loves using photography as a way to tell meaningful stories and strengthen knowledge through visual work, as this continues to shape her practice.

Project Gallery

Heiltsuk artist KC Hall recently presented his latest exhibition “Elevate”, alongside longtime friend and Lattimer Gallery owner David Lattimer. Hall’s work combines traditional Northwest Coast formline with contemporary graffiti-inspired elements, creating pieces rooted in Indigenous storytelling and cultural expression. Community remains central to his practice, with proceeds from his exhibitions supporting community initiatives and art workshops.
