Brendan Anderson

Brendan Anderson is a Vancouver-based photographer and climate policy researcher focused on documenting community-led climate initiatives. He is interested in photographing people and projects advancing climate justice from within their local contexts, striving to create images that capture the dedication, care, and joy involved in this work. His photography emerges from over a decade of experience supporting community-engaged research and grassroots environmental work across Canada and internationally. He works from a conviction that photography and media can both amplify this work and broaden what people believe is possible in their own communities.
