Events

Live events are a powerful way to cement deeper learning and understanding around a topic, while creating meaningful human connections. The Globe and Mail Foundation’s public event series, Editing Democracy, brings top editors and experts together for conversations on current issues around the future of journalism and public trust, and its impact on democracy.

As well, the Foundation hosts an annual educational summit for Canada’s photojournalism community, designed to further the careers of visual storytellers across the country through professional development and industry networking.
